A lack of menopause support is pushing “highly skilled and experienced” women out of the workplace, a new report from a group of UK politicians has warned.
The report, published on Thursday by the Women and Equalities Committee, said the UK is “haemorrhaging talent”, which has knock-on effects on the gender pay gap, pension gap, and the number of women in senior leadership positions.
