A federal judge has ordered Starbucks to rehire seven Memphis-based workers unlawfully fired for exercising their right to form a union.

On 18 August, the District Court of Western Tennessee granted a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) petition seeking injunctive relief on behalf of workers terminated by the coffee chain in February.
