IEL is proud to announce the launch of its latest tool: the IEL Monitor.
Developed alongside HR specialists and private practice experts, IEL Monitor is a forward-looking, fully searchable database of upcoming and prospective employment and labour legislation from around the world, designed to alert in-house teams of new laws and regulations, and support timely compliance.
We have partnered with a host of stellar names from across the labour and employment space who are committed to providing timely, reliable updates to keep users equipped with the most relevant information.
Our initial launch is a pilot scheme, covering more than 35 jurisdictions across Europe, with additional countries coming in the next few months. You can read our full break down of contributing firms and jurisdictions currently covered here.

How it works
IEL Monitor tracks legislation through the complete legislative process – from proposed bills through to deadlines for compliance.
Users can search by the status of the legislation (proposed, draft, enacted, or effective), its projected timeline, and what it relates to – from employee protections and parental rights, through to data protection and working hours – as well as geography.
Each entry includes a short, descriptive summary of key changes in easy-to-understand language from our contributing firms.
Subscribers can also personalise the IEL Monitor through the My Monitor function, which allows users to more easily keep on top of legislation pertinent to their business.
You can read our full user guide here.
Employment and labour laws are everchanging. The Monitor’s international database is designed to be an accurate and essential resource to help in-house teams keep pace.
