Fear is rampant among emerging corporate leaders. That’s the headline finding from a new multi-jurisdictional study showing nearly one-in-three junior managers to senior team leaders, aged 25-54, are primarily motivated by fear, creating work environments that cost the global economy billions annually in lost productivity.
