One-in-five neurodivergent Brits have experienced harassment or discrimination at work because of their neurodivergence, according to new research from a professional body for HR and people development.

Neurodiversity refers to natural differences in human brain function and behavioural traits. It is estimated that 15 to 20% of people worldwide may be neurodivergent, an umbrella term that includes autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.
