Freshfields survey shows changing attitudes to whistleblowing

The long-lasting impact of the #MeToo movement, and a broader stakeholder focus on corporate culture and employee behaviour, have changed attitudes towards whistleblowing and how reports of misconduct should be handled.

In a continuation of an exercise that began in 2014, a new Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer survey of more than 2,500 managers holding various levels of seniority in large companies across the UK, US, Hong Kong, Germany, and France gauges how attitudes towards whistleblowing have changed since 2020.
