The Department of Justice (DoJ) has reached yet another settlement with a US company over alleged violations of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

American CyberSystems, a Georgia-based firm providing IT services and staff recruitment nationwide, has settled charges that it violated federal law when it unlawfully excluded job applicants based on their citizenship statuses.
