UK businesses, investors, consumers, and rights groups are all calling for stronger laws that require companies and investors to carry out human rights and environmental due diligence across their operations and value chains, and to be held accountable when harm takes place.

New polling shows that four-in-five Brits support new legislation aimed at stamping out environmental damage and exploitative practices in companies’ supply chains.
