In a new report this week, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) found no direct evidence of lawyers using non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to intentionally suppress the reporting of workplace wrongdoing. The regulator did, however, express concern about an imbalance in power between parties signing NDAs and the complacent drafting of some confidentiality agreements by law firms in England and Wales.
