Ambulance dispatcher sexually assaulted at work, EEOC alleges

A critical care transportation firm in San Antonio, Texas has agreed to pay $90,000 in damages and furnish other relief to settle a US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit alleging a hostile work environment based on sex.

According to the EEOC’s lawsuit, two female employees of Lone Star Ambulance were subjected to repeated sexual harassment by persons in executive management and supervisory positions at the company, according to the federal agency.
