One-in-five UK workers expect to quit their jobs within the next 12 months, as they seek better pay and job satisfaction, according to a new PwC survey.

Research by the professional services firm found that 18% of workers in the UK “are very or extremely likely” to find a new job over the coming months.

A further 32% said they “are moderately or slightly likely” to change their jobs, and 16% said they are planning to leave the workforce.
