Panellists will discuss how multinationals can coordinate legal advice across jurisdictions, manage competing timelines, and maintain consistency while complying with local legal obligations.

Even the strongest legal strategy can falter without effective project management. This session focuses on the practical realities of delivering a complex international restructuring, from coordinating HR, legal, reward, and communications teams to managing local counsel, governance, and internal approvals. Panellists will share practical lessons from large-scale projects, highlighting common operational pitfalls and effective programme management techniques.
