Fisher Phillips has announced the return of workplace safety expert Kevin Hess to the firm as a partner in its Columbus, Ohio office.

Hess spent eight years at Fisher Phillips before leaving for a brief stint at Steptoe & Johnson where he represented employers in workplace safety, labour and employment, and workers’ compensation matters.

His return means Fisher Phillips now has 251 partners and more than 500 attorneys in 36 offices across the United States.
