Significant changes to Swedens employment laws are causing concern among employers, while lawyers predict an increase in termination disputes before the labour court.

Considered the most expansive reforms in modern times, Swedish legislators have amended 21 pieces of legislation in a bid to give employers greater flexibility in terminations and redundancies, while simultaneously increasing employee protections.
