Wells Fargo is resuming its diverse hiring guidelines following an internal review of claims that managers conducted sham interviews of racial minority and female job candidates.

The bank paused its diverse candidate slate guidelines in June after seven whistleblowers alleged that managers in the wealth-management division were interviewing non-white candidates for roles already promised to other job seekers.
