Many UK workers could be entitled to thousands of pounds unfairly taken from their wages following a landmark Supreme Court ruling today.

The case, Chief Constable of the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) and another v Agnew, centred on whether employees should have their overtime and other allowances included in the calculation of their holiday pay entitlements.
