Nearly half (45%) of UK HR professionals are unaware that the new Worker Protection Act, which includes a new duty to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, comes into force next month.

The worrying findings from Culture Shift come despite two-thirds (66%) of respondents saying the prevention of sexual harassment is of high importance within their organisation.
