IEL is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2024 edition of our annual Tomorrow’s Leaders survey.

The survey seeks to uncover future workplace challenges, and identify the individuals likely to be at the forefront of addressing them.

To be considered for inclusion in the survey, employment lawyers from around the globe are required to complete a short submission process.

Lawyers with up to ten years' post-qualification legal experience must provide a 250-word submission explaining what they have achieved in practice to be considered a future employment law leader.

Nominations are welcome from private practice law firms, in-house legal departments, and members of the independent Bar.

Firms, in-house teams, and chambers may make multiple nominations.

Individuals are welcome to nominate themselves but, when doing so, they are required to complete a further submission nominating one of their contemporaries at another organisation.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 2 February 2024.

Those chosen as tomorrow’s employment law leaders will be contacted for a thought-leadership survey, and have their responses published online in March.

Successful participants in this year’s survey will automatically be considered for the Private Practice Leader of Tomorrow, In-house Leader of Tomorrow, or Junior Counsel of the Year categories at the 2024 IEL Awards.

To request a submission template, or for any related queries, please email Amy Barnicoat-Hood.
