PwC has completed the sale of its global mobility services business unit to private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

With this transaction, the newly launched Vialto Partners becomes an independent provider of services supporting employers’ cross-border employee mobility needs.

The new company, which had a 50-year history at PwC, has nearly 6,000 immigration, tax, HR, and technology professionals, and will be led by CEO Peter Clarke, who had previously served as global managing partner of PwC Global Mobility Services.
