Federal labour law has been overhauled in the space of just three days following the US National Labor Relations Board’s adoption of three union-friendly decisions.

The changes began last Thursday, with procedural changes to speed up the union election process, followed on Friday with the introduction of a new standard for union recognition, and, on Monday, a decision making it harder for businesses to avoid retaliation claims.
