Three-in-four Singapore workers think it is essential that companies have diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies, a report has found, as workers open up about experiencing discrimination in the workplace.

The number was slightly higher among younger people (78%) aged 16 to 24, according to Indeed’s Future of Work research, which was conducted among more than 1,000 employees and over 250 employers in Singapore.
