Lewis Silkin has announced the promotion of David Samuels, David Hopper, and Alan Hunt, three London-based lawyers, to its partnership effective, today, 1 April 2021.

Employment law specialist David Samuels is experienced in advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues for clients, with particular expertise in matters involving team moves, the appropriation of confidential information, and the applicability of restrictive covenants.

Industrial relations and collective employment law specialist David Hopper regularly advises employers on strategies for engaging with trade unions and other employees’ representatives, and on the implementation of complex business reorganisations, business transfers, and labour cost reductions.

Commercial lawyer Alan Hunt specialises in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology contracts and the development, protection, and exploitation of intellectual property assets.
