A group of private practice and in-house lawyers are spearheading a new initiative to create a universally standardised non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that will reduce rudimentary legal work, increase transparency, and speed up business processes.

The initiative, known as oneNDA, has attracted 600 businesses since its launch on 15 February. The project’s founders are aiming for 1,000 companies to adopt the oneNDA as their organisational standard by the end of 2021.
