Employees at LGBTQ+ dating app Grindr have been given the green light to hold an election on unionisation by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

It was ruled on Tuesday that a group of around 100 workers will be able to vote on whether they want to be represented by the Communication Workers of America (CWA) in an election beginning on 22 November and ending 13 December.
