Highlighting the risks of terminating senior staff, a Frankfurt banker has successfully claimed to have been given a bogus job title to help his employer fake compliance with post-Brexit employment regulations.

While the name of the bank has not been officially revealed, sources close to the case have told the Financial Times it is Morgan Stanley.
