The Netherlands Trade Union Confederation (FNV) has called for a mandatory code of conduct for every workplace as studies reveal pervasive harassment, discrimination, and bullying of employees.

The FNV’s recently released workplace survey involving 2,000 Dutch workers found nearly half (47%) of respondents believe insufficient measures are taken against inappropriate behaviour, like gender, age, or racial discrimination.
