This challenge from management also applies to pressing workplace health and safety trends, such as employee wellbeing. With more employees back in the office, wellbeing is perhaps not being focused on as much as it was at the height of remote working during the pandemic. In light of economic pressures, there is also a question of whether companies will roll back policies to protect their bottom line.
