A group of ethnic minority cleaners who work at London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH) have issued a legal claim against the NHS Trust for indirect racial discrimination.

The group of 83 cleaners claim the Trust treats them less favourably by not employing them under the same terms and conditions as other in-house staff, the majority of whom are white. The Trust denies the allegations.
