Diversity within the legal profession is improving, but elite City law firms must do more to attract and, more importantly, retain Black talent, the Law Society of England and Wales has said.
“Black people often experience racism and discrimination. Then they are expected to fix it. This must change,” said I. Stephanie Boyce, president of the Law Society, in a statement at the start Black History Month.
