Race, ethnicity, gender, and age continue to play a role in the quality of feedback employees receive from management, despite companies adopting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, a survey has found.

Data analysis of performance reviews by US software company Textio has revealed that underrepresented groups receive lower quality feedback at work, consequently impacting their progress within organisations.
