Amid increasing demand for employment law advice in Asia-Pacific, Baker McKenzie has added rising star Tess Lumsdaine as a partner in Hong Kong.

After beginning her career at Australian firm Brown Wright Stein, Lumsdaine spent more than 12 years at Herbert Smith Freehills, most recently as counsel, working across the international firm’s Sydney, Singapore, and Hong Kong offices.

Lumsdaine brings considerable experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance and restructuring projects and complex workplace investigations to her new firm.
