Can a redundant employee seek a stop bullying order against their former employer? That was the question recently before Australia’s Fair Work Commission (FWC), which ultimately held such applications should fail.

Carole Greenan, a former employee of Perth-based law firm BBV Legal, notified the Commission of her redundancy on 12 April, three months after filing an anti-bullying application under the Fair Work Act.
