Valentino Armillei Bredin Prat France Valentino Armillei is an associate and has been a member of the Employment Law team since 2016. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022. He advises French and international clients on various individual and collective employment law topics, and more specifically on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, collective redundancies and other issues for corporate clients. Valentino has developed solid expertise in the area of French whistleblowing mechanisms as well as the resulting internal investigations. Valentino holds a PhD in private law from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (2019). His PhD thesis was entitled “The extra-union negotiation of company collective agreements”. He is a graduate of the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 - Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail, 2015) where he lectures on a regular basis as well as at the University of Paris-Est Créteil. Valentino regularly contributes to numerous specialized French legal journals (JCP S, BJT, SSL, Droit social, etc.). Valentino received two prestigious awards in 2020 for his PhD thesis: one from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and one from the UIMM, one of France’s leading employer trade unions.
