Paulina Mendietta Jiménez is a senior associate and head of the consulting area at Marván Gonzaléz Graf y González Larrazolo. She earned her law degree and a speciality in amparo (constitutional review) from the Universidad Panamericana and is currently an adjunct professor of procedural and collective Labour Law at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. She is dedicated to labour and employment consulting for employers belonging to a wide variety of industries and business sectors. One of her core roles while consulting clients on Mexican Labour Law is to offer her expertise and support regarding the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
