A founding partner of CGM, Patricia heads the labour and employment practice, working in both consulting and litigation, representing domestic and international companies from various sectors of the economy. In her career, she has accumulated a significant number of successful cases involving hiring, compensation, and dismissal of employees; profit sharing plans; representation of clients before the Labour Prosecutor’s Office and other Brazilian authorities; labour due diligence in merger and acquisition transactions; and representation of companies in negotiations with labour unions throughout the country. Patricia also acts in the management of labour and employment projects covering several regions of Latin America. Additionally, she is a member of the compliance team conducting internal investigations that have labour and employment issues, including those in the context of the Me Too/Time’s Up movements. She advises on cases of harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy issues.
