Pascale Lagesse Bredin Prat France Pascale Lagesse is a Partner and Founder of Bredin Prat’s Employment Law practice. She has over 30 years of experience advising international corporate clients on:- the employment issues arising out of mergers & acquisitions and business divestitures- individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions and works councils- large-scale restructuring projects as well as day-to-day employment advice and assistance.Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pascale served as the head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of the Magic Circle firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.She is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in judicial practice) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in Private Law). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989.Pascale is active in a variety of professional organisations, in particular the International Bar Association (IBA). She is currently the Vice Chair of the IBA’s Legal Practice Division (LPD) and a member of the Management Board.
