Pascale is a Partner and Head of Bredin Prat’s Employment Law practice.

She has over 20 years of experience advising international corporate clients. Her practice focuses on the employment issues arising out of mergers & acquisitions and corporate downsizings and restructurings. She is particularly skilled in the area of employee representation issues, including the negotiation of collective agreements. Pascale also counsels leading public and private companies on executive severance packages and separation agreements. She is a seasoned litigator with significant experience defending clients in both individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions, works councils and other employee representative bodies.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pascale served as the head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of a leading Magic Circle firm.

She is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in judicial practice) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in Private Law). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989.

Pascale is active in many legal organizations, in particular the International Bar Association (IBA). She has held many positions within the association, including Chair of the Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee and the Global Employment Institute. She is currently the Treasurer of the IBA.

Pascale also serves as Course Director for Labor Law Studies at the Paris Bar School.
