Kelly Papadaki is a Senior Associate of the Employment Practice of the firm. Kelly is experienced in advising domestic and international clients in the full range of matters arising in the area of employment law. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment issues, including drafting of employment agreements and freelancer agreements, company policies and regulations, as well as advising on flexible forms of employment, termination of employment contracts, collective redundancies, business transfers, business restructurings and implementation of voluntary redundancy schemes. Kelly also litigates before Greek courts on a wide range of employment litigation claims.
