Kanishka Maggon is a Counsel in the employment law team of Trilegal. He regularly advises domestic and overseas clients on all aspects of employment law including large scale reductions-in-force and establishment closures, M&A transactions with significant employee movements, structuring vendor arrangements, union negotiations, compensation and benefits structuring and handholding clients in investigations and inquiries arising from employee misconduct/white-collar crime (including those relating to workplace and sexual harassment). He also assists clients on a wider range of advisory matters, such as structuring of employment contracts and policies, conducting labour audits and assisting with rectification of non-compliances, hiring of expats and secondment agreements, preparation of wage and other settlements, voluntary retirement schemes, etc. 

He also regularly represents clients before labour authorities on contentious matters, including claims of unfair labour practice and unfair dismissal.

Kanishka started his career with Trilegal in August 2015 and is an alumnus of Symbiosis International University and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
