David is a senior associate in Lewis Silkin Hong Kong’s employment, immigration and reward division. He is tri-lingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) and a specialist employment law practitioner.

David advises on the full range of Hong Kong employment law matters and coordinates multi-jurisdictional employment law projects across Asia Pacific. He has particular experience in dealing with employment law disputes, at the Labour Department, Labour Tribunal and has also had cases listed in the High Court.

David often speaks at external seminars for clients and provides internal training for the team on topical employment issues. He has contributed to numerous articles for local trade publications, including the Hong Kong Economic Times and the HK Lawyer.
