Clara Couret is an expert in advising multinational groups and large Spanish business groups on labor matters. She collaborates in the preparation of many court proceedings,  participates in business restructurings,  as well as in collective bargaining, dismissals, corporate compliance programs, due diligence processes, among others.

She is member of the French Desk and of the Compliance spealization Group at Cuatrecasas.

She lectures on  labour aspects of entrepreneurship in ESADE.
