Christian Weident was admitted to the bar in Germany after his law studies in Regensburg and Rome. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Berlin and Bistrița and has been working with STALFORT Legal.Tax.Audit. since 2005.

He coordinates the legal activity of the law firm and advises clients in the fields of labor law, corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.

Besides his activity related to M&A, Christian is known as an expert in labor law. He is an active member in different task forces and working groups which are active in this respect.
