• assistance in extraordinary operations (company transfers, mergers, demergers, transfer of share parcels, etc.), collective dismissals, social safety net systems
• problems related to the management of internal auditing procedures and the consequent actions
• drafting of company regulations and policies (e.g. policy on the use of computer tools), at-a-distance monitoring of workers, employment privacy, expatriates
• problems related to compensation claims for occupational illnesses (e.g. resulting from exposure to asbestos) and accidents in the workplace
