Álvaro Fernández is an expert in advising multinational groups and large Spanish business groups on labor matters, particularly on international labor law, employee global mobility, compliance and internal investigations, and the legal aspects of introducing new technologies in companies.

He also specializes in crossborder corporate restructuring, compensation plans and benefits, as well as in collective bargaining, dismissals, downsizing, senior management issues and other labor-related matters (national and international).

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for international law firms, including Baker & McKenzie.
