Chisako has practised for 28 years in the fields of labour & employment, litigation, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She is a well-known and highly experienced litigator, mainly representing employers in labour disputes. 

She also serves as chair of the Labour Issue Committee of Daini Tokyo Bar Association and vice chair of the International Relationship Committee of Japan Federation of Bar Association
