16:10 - 16:30 – Coffee break
16:30 - 17:30 – Session 2: Incentivising and measuring rewards
As pressure from lawmakers and regulators increases, employers also face scrutiny from investors, customers, and workers to turnaround failing corporate cultures. Applying D&I and ESG-linked targets to senior pay and benefits is one key way employers hope to incentivise change at the highest levels of their organisations. This panel will consider the voluntary measures and policies, such as equal pay reviews and ethnicity pay gap reporting, a business could take to initiate cultural change as well as the metrics used to assess the impact of that change.
