Mari Mohsen is a Helsinki-based principal associate specialising in employment law with a particular focus on employment and labor law-related disputes as well as workplace investigations. Mari also has experience in advising on a wide variety of matters relating to complex corporate restructuring, co-operation procedures, termination of employment, collective bargaining agreements and terms of employment, as well as occupational safety and health matters, especially questions relating to psychological occupational health and safety issues. Additionally, Mari is a frequent lecturer on various topics concerning employment law. Mari’s previous experience includes working in the Labour Court and the Helsinki Court of Appeal, and she has also served as a member of the Labour Council. She acts as a secretary of the Finnish Labour Law Association.
