Businesses must try to retain experienced, older workers with sought-after perks, or risk a brain drain and skills shortage among their workforces, a new report suggests.

New polling by recruitment consultancy Robert Walters found that the three main challenges preventing over-50s progressing in their career are the lack of opportunities (41%), difficulty balancing work and personal lives (33%), and lack of training (21%).
