Employment lawyers should be using their expertise and influence to move the needle on gender equality in the workplace, according to a top International Labour Organization official.

In a fireside chat at the IBA conference in Madrid, ILO Deputy Director-General for Management and Reform Greg Vines admitted that his organisation and others had failed over the last 50 years to tackle inequality in the workplace.
