Thirty-two law firms have signed up to a new diversity data collection exercise, aimed at increasing openness, transparency, and accountability within the UK legal sector.

A host of big-name firms have joined the InterLaw Diversity Forum’s inaugural UK Model Diversity Survey (MDS), which aims to become the single accepted standard for legal businesses to provide diversity data to their clients.
