Offering flexible working hours are key to stemming the Great Resignation which saw one-third office workers change jobs in the past two years, new research suggests.

Polling by Owl Labs has revealed that more than one-third (37%) of 10,000 European employees are prepared to decline a job offer if flexible hours are not offered, while just over two-thirds (69%) would accept a pay cut from a new employer to have less rigid working hours.
